If you produce<br \/>\n    any type of event, you can help people discover your events with the event search experience on<br \/>\n    Google.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Have a concert or hosting a workshop? Event markup allows people to discover your event when<br \/>\n    they search for &#8220;concerts this weekend&#8221; or &#8220;workshops near me.&#8221; People can also discover your<br \/>\n    event when they search for venues, such as sports stadiums or a local pub. Events may surface<br \/>\n    in a given venue&#8217;s<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/knowledgepanel\/answer\/9163198\" class=\"external-link\">Knowledge Panel<\/a><br \/>\n    to better help people find out what&#8217;s happening at that respective location.\n  <\/p>\n<p>   <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-3d05fd18fbab.png\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Screenshots of clicking on an event in Search\"><br \/>\n   <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-65941e6b736d.png\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Sample event landing page screenshot\"><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"launching-in-new-regions-and-languages\" tabindex=\"-1\">\n    Launching in new regions and languages<br \/>\n  <\/h2>\n<p>\n    We recently launched the event search experience in<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/search\/blog\/2019\/12\/events-launching-germany-spain?hl=de\">Germany<\/a><br \/>\n    and<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/search\/blog\/2019\/12\/events-launching-germany-spain?hl=es\">Spain<\/a>,<br \/>\n    which brings the event search experience on Google to nine countries and regions around the<br \/>\n    world. For a full list of where the event search experience works, check out the<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/event-event-structured-data\/#region-availability\">list of available languages and regions<\/a>.\n  <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-get-your-events-on-google\" tabindex=\"-1\">\n    How to get your events on Google<br \/>\n  <\/h2>\n<p>\n    There are three options to make your events eligible to appear on Google:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n     If you use a third-party website to post events (for example, you post events on ticketing<br \/>\n      websites or social platforms), check to see if your event publisher is already participating<br \/>\n      in the event search experience on Google. One way to check is to search for a popular event<br \/>\n      shown on the platform and see if the event listing is shown. If your event publisher is<br \/>\n      integrated with Google, continue to post your events on the third-party website.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n     If you use a CMS (for example, WordPress) and you don&#8217;t have access to your HTML, check with<br \/>\n      your CMS to see if there&#8217;s a plugin that can add structured data to your site for you.<br \/>\n      Alternatively, you can use the<br \/>\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/webmasters\/answer\/2774099\" class=\"external-link\">Data Highlighter<\/a><br \/>\n     to tell Google about your events without editing the HTML of your site.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n     If you&#8217;re comfortable editing your HTML,<br \/>\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/event-event-structured-data\/#integrate\">use structured data to directly integrate<\/a><br \/>\n     with Google. You&#8217;ll need to edit the HTML of the event pages.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"follow-best-practices\" tabindex=\"-1\">\n    Follow best practices<br \/>\n   <\/h2>\n<p>\n    If you&#8217;ve already implemented event structured data, we recommend that you review your<br \/>\n     structured data to make sure it meets our guidelines. In particular, you should:\n   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n     Make sure you&#8217;re including the required and recommended properties that are outlined in our<br \/>\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/event-event-structured-data\/#datatypes\">developer guidelines<\/a>.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n     Make sure your event details are high quality, as defined by<br \/>\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/event-event-structured-data\/#guidelines\">our guidelines<\/a>. For example, use the<br \/>\n      description field to describe the event itself in more detail instead of repeating attributes<br \/>\n      such as title, date, location, or highlighting other website functionality.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n     Use the<br \/>\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/search.google.com\/test\/rich-results\" class=\"external-link\">Rich Result Test<\/a><br \/>\n     to<br \/>\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/webmasters\/answer\/7445569\" class=\"external-link\">test and preview your structured data<\/a>.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"monitor-your-performance-on-search\" tabindex=\"-1\">\n    Monitor your performance on Search<br \/>\n   <\/h2>\n<p>\n    You can check how people are interacting with your event postings with Search Console:\n   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n     Use the<br \/>\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/webmasters\/answer\/7576553\" class=\"external-link\">Performance Report<\/a><br \/>\n     in Search Console to show<br \/>\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/webmasters\/answer\/7042828#job\" class=\"external-link\">event listing or detail<\/a><br \/>\n     view data for a given event posting in Search results.
