Some of the information may be outdated (for example, some images may be missing, and some links may not work anymore).<\/aside>\n<p class=\"gargardate\">Thursday, June 27, 2013<\/p>\n<p>\n  We&#8217;re now offering webmasters a way to collect feedback from your website visitors with<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/insights\/consumersurveys\/publishers\" class=\"external-link\">website satisfaction surveys<\/a>.<br \/>\n  All you have to do is paste a small snippet of code in the HTML for your website and this will<br \/>\n  load a discreet satisfaction survey in the lower right hand corner of your website. Google<br \/>\n  automatically aggregates and analyzes responses, providing the data back to you through a simple<br \/>\n  online interface.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"A Google consumer survey appearing on a web page\" height=\"228\" src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-9523ece8b636.png\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"400\"><\/p>\n<p>\n  Users will be asked to complete a four-question satisfaction survey. Surveys will run until they<br \/>\n  have received 500 responses and will start again after 30 days so you can track responses over<br \/>\n  time. This is currently limited to US English visitors on non-mobile devices. The default<br \/>\n  questions are available without payment, and you can customize questions for just $0.01 per<br \/>\n  response or $5.00 for 500 responses.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Google consumer survey dashboard\" height=\"313\" src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-59ada33559ff.png\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"400\"><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"survey-setup-and-code-placement-tips\" tabindex=\"-1\"> Survey Setup and Code Placement Tips<\/h2>\n<p>\n  To set up the survey code, you&#8217;ll need to have access to the source code for your website.\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n    Sign into<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/insights\/consumersurveys\/websat\" class=\"external-link\">Google Consumer Surveys for website satisfaction<\/a><br \/>\n    to find the code snippet.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    You have the option to enter the website name and URL, survey timing, and survey frequency.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    Click on the &#8220;Activate survey&#8221; button when ready.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    Once you find the code snippet on top of the setup page, copy and paste it into your web page,<br \/>\n    just before the closing tag.
