As of December 2023, the Mobile-Friendly Test and API <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/the-role-of-page-experience-in-creating-helpful-content\/#search-console-reports\">have been retired<\/a>.<\/aside>\n<p class=\"gargardate\">Tuesday, January 31, 2017<\/p>\n<p>\n  With so many users on mobile devices, having a mobile-friendly web is important to us all. The<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/search.google.com\/test\/mobile-friendly\" class=\"external-link\">Mobile-Friendly Test<\/a><br \/>\n  is a great way to check individual pages manually. We&#8217;re happy to announce that this test is now<br \/>\n  available via API as well.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/webmaster-tools\/search-console-api\" class=\"external-link\">Mobile-Friendly Test API<\/a><br \/>\n  lets you test URLs using automated tools. For example, you could use it to monitor important pages<br \/>\n  in your website in order to prevent accidental regressions in templates that you use. The<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/webmaster-tools\/search-console-api\/reference\/rest\/v1\/urlTestingTools.mobileFriendlyTest\/run\" class=\"external-link\">API method<\/a><br \/>\n  runs all tests, and returns the same information &#8211; including a list of the blocked URLs &#8211; as the<br \/>\n  manual test. The documentation includes simple samples to help get you started quickly.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"226\"\n     src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-52940f0e2e3b.png\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"400\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\n  We hope this API makes it easier to check your pages for mobile-friendliness and to get any such<br \/>\n  issues resolved faster.
