Site owners requiring ongoing, automated translation<br \/>\n    can transition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/cloud.google.com\/translate\" class=\"external-link\">Google Cloud API<\/a>.<br \/>\n  <\/aside>\n<p>\n    In this time of a global pandemic, webmasters across the world&mdash;from government officials to<br \/>\n    health organizations&mdash;are frequently updating their websites with the latest information meant to<br \/>\n    help fight the spread of COVID-19 and provide access to resources. However, they often lack the<br \/>\n    time or funding to translate this content into multiple languages, which can prevent valuable<br \/>\n    information from reaching a diverse set of readers. Additionally, some content may only be<br \/>\n    available via a file (for example, a .pdf or .doc), which requires additional steps to translate.\n  <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Google Translate's website translator\" src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-a956ee5852a6.png\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>\n    To help these webmasters reach more users, we&#8217;re reopening access to the Google Translate Website<br \/>\n    Translator&mdash;a widget that translates web page content into 100+ different languages. It uses our<br \/>\n    latest machine translation technology and is easy to integrate.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Please note that usage will be restricted to government, non-profit, and\/or non-commercial<br \/>\n    websites (for example, academic institutions) that focus on COVID-19 response. For all other websites,<br \/>\n    we recommend using the<br \/>\n   <a href=\"https:\/\/cloud.google.com\/translate\" class=\"external-link\">Google Cloud Translation API<\/a>.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n   Google Translate also offers both site owners and their readers a way to translate documents<br \/>\n    hosted on a website. For example, if you need to translate<br \/>\n   <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/downloads\/php\/case-investigator-training-plan.pdf\" class=\"external-link\">this PDF file<\/a><br \/>\n   into Spanish, go to<br \/>\n   <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\" class=\"external-link\">translate.google.com<\/a><br \/>\n   and enter the file&#8217;s URL into the textbox , then choose &#8220;Spanish&#8221; as the target<br \/>\n    language. The<br \/>\n   <a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?sl=auto&amp;tl=es&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cdc.gov%2Fcoronavirus%2F2019-ncov%2Fdownloads%2Fphp%2Fcase-investigator-training-plan.pdf\" class=\"external-link\">link<\/a><br \/>\n   shown in the textbox will take you to the translated version of the PDF file.
