We&#8217;re boosting the<br \/>\n  ranking of mobile-friendly pages on mobile search results. Now searchers can more easily find<br \/>\n  high-quality and relevant results where text is readable without tapping or zooming, tap targets<br \/>\n  are spaced appropriately, and the page avoids unplayable content or horizontal scrolling.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"April 21st's mobile-friendly update boosts mobile search rankings for pages that are legible and usable on mobile devices.\"\n     height=\"474px;\"\n     src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-c5bab5ab6af1.png\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"505px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This update:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Affects only search rankings on mobile devices<\/li>\n<li>Affects search results in all languages globally<\/li>\n<li>Applies to individual pages, not entire websites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n  While the mobile-friendly change is important, we still use a variety of signals to rank search<br \/>\n  results. The intent of the search query is still a very strong signal&mdash;so even if a page with<br \/>\n  high quality content is not mobile-friendly, it could still rank high if it has great content for<br \/>\n  the query.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  To check if your site is mobile-friendly, you can examine individual pages with the<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/search.google.com\/test\/mobile-friendly\" class=\"external-link\">Mobile-Friendly Test<\/a><br \/>\n  or check the status of your entire site through the<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/search.google.com\/search-console\/mobile-usability\" class=\"external-link\">Mobile Usability report in Webmaster Tools<\/a>.<br \/>\n  If your site&#8217;s pages aren&#8217;t mobile-friendly, there may be a significant decrease in mobile traffic<br \/>\n  from Google Search. But have no fear, once your site<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/search\/mobile-sites\">becomes mobile-friendly<\/a>, we will automatically re-process<br \/>\n  (that is, crawl and index) your pages.  You can also expedite the process by using<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/recrawl-request\/\">Fetch as Google with Submit to Index<\/a>,<br \/>\n  and then your pages can be treated as mobile-friendly in ranking.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Questions?
