The review criteria are published, and they are strict.<\/p>\n<h2>Page eligibility<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Deceptive or pointless sites fail outright: low-quality collection, illegal, false content.<\/li>\n<li>If a sublink is an <strong>index or directory page<\/strong>, its main content must be rich and <em>highly relevant<\/em> to its subject.<\/li>\n<li>Login, registration, customer-service, search-box and software-download pages may pass \u2014 but <strong>only one of login or registration<\/strong>, and <strong>search result pages never pass<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No mobile pages<\/strong> among site sublinks.<\/li>\n<li>Account-sharing sites fail on privacy grounds.<\/li>\n<li>Foreign-language sites are not open to sublinks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The relationship between main link and sublinks<\/h2>\n<p>Subordination is judged on <strong>content, not URL structure<\/strong> \u2014 Baidu&#8217;s example pairs a game topic page as the main link with a game download page as a sublink, despite unrelated paths. Sublinks must not duplicate each other or the main link, and highly similar pages fail.<\/p>\n<h2>Title and summary rules \u2014 where most submissions fail<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent, accurate, free of errors, garbled characters and keyword stacking; truncation must not impede reading.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No superlatives or legally risky wording<\/strong> \u2014 Baidu names &#8220;first&#8221;, &#8220;ultimate&#8221;, &#8220;unique&#8221;, &#8220;unprecedented&#8221;, &#8220;incomparable&#8221;, &#8220;pay once use forever&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No promises<\/strong>, because Baidu cannot guarantee them \u2014 its examples include &#8220;green installation-free games, no bundling, safe&#8221; and &#8220;helps users obtain safe stable returns&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>For sites that switch by IP region, <strong>no region names<\/strong> in the title or summary.<\/li>\n<li>Sublink titles and summaries must not be identical or nearly identical to each other.<\/li>\n<li>For copyright categories \u2014 images, film, novels, comics, software \u2014 the word &#8220;official&#8221; must be <strong>true<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No contact details<\/strong>: no phone numbers, QQ, WeChat or addresses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nothing time-limited<\/strong>, such as an event with dates.<\/li>\n<li>No disparagement of competitors or of comparable products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to approach a submission<\/h2>\n<p>Choose genuinely distinct destinations with substantial content, write plain descriptive summaries with no marketing language, and check every item on the list above before submitting.
