Some of the information may be outdated (for example, some images may be missing, and some links may not work anymore).<\/aside>\n<p class=\"gargardate\">August 31, 2005<\/p>\n<p>\n  If you&#8217;ve created and submitted Sitemaps for your non-mobile pages, or just want to submit a<br \/>\n  mobile Sitemap for the first time, here are a few helpful tips to help you get started:\n<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"identify-your-mobile-sitemaps-content\" tabindex=\"-1\">Identify your mobile Sitemaps content<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    If you have content other than XHTML mobile profile, WML, and cHTML, you should create a<br \/>\n    separate non-mobile Sitemap for those and submit it using the Add a Sitemap page.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    If your site serves multiple mobile markup languages, you should create a separate mobile<br \/>\n    Sitemap for each markup language.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    If you have URLs that serve multiple markup languages, you should include those URLs in each<br \/>\n    mobile Sitemap that applies. For instance, if you have a URL that serves both XHTML and WML<br \/>\n    content, include that URL in two mobile Sitemaps, one for each markup language.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    If you have a large site and use Sitemap index files to manage a large number of mobile<br \/>\n    Sitemaps, make sure that each Sitemap index file only includes mobile Sitemaps for one markup<br \/>\n    language.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"create-your-mobile-sitemaps\" tabindex=\"-1\">Create your mobile Sitemaps<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    You can <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/sitemaps-overview\/\">create mobile Sitemaps<\/a> in<br \/>\n    the same way as other Sitemaps. The only format not supported is OAI-PMH.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    If you are submitting a syndication feed, and the URLs listed in that feed serve multiple markup<br \/>\n    languages, decide which markup language fits best. You can&#8217;t submit the syndication feed<br \/>\n    multiple times, each for a different markup language, since each Sitemap (within the same<br \/>\n    directory) must have a unique name.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"submit-your-mobile-sitemaps\" tabindex=\"-1\">Submit your mobile Sitemaps<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    Once you&#8217;ve created your Sitemap, log in to your Google Account and<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/build-submit-sitemap\/#addsitemap\">submit it<\/a> using<br \/>\n    the<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/webmasters\/answer\/7451001\" class=\"external-link\">Add a Mobile Sitemap page<\/a>.\n  <\/li>\n<li>Specify the markup language that the URLs listed in the mobile Sitemap serve.<\/li>\n<li>\n    Once you&#8217;ve submitted the mobile Sitemap it will be listed on your My Sitemaps page as a<br \/>\n    &#8220;Mobile&#8221; type.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"byline-author\">Posted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanessafox.com\/\" class=\"external-link\">Vanessa Fox<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been a while since we published this blog post.
