One major part of this effort is launching an<br \/>\n  improved experience for job seekers on Google Search. We&#8217;re happy to announce this new experience<br \/>\n  is now open for all developers and site owners.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  For queries with clear intent like<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=head+of+catering+jobs+nyc\" class=\"external-link\">&#8220;head of catering jobs in nyc&#8221;<\/a><br \/>\n  \u0438\u043b\u0438<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=entry+level+jobs+in+dc\" class=\"external-link\">&#8220;entry level jobs in DC&#8221;<\/a>,<br \/>\n  we&#8217;ll show a job listings preview, and each job can expand to display comprehensive details about<br \/>\n  the listing:\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"examples of job listings on a search result page and a detailed view of an individual job listing\"\n    src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-4821b3ba1d25.png\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\n  For employers or site owners with job content, this feature brings many benefits:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    <strong>Prominent place in Search results<\/strong>: your postings are eligible to be displayed<br \/>\n    in the new job search feature on Google, featuring your logo, reviews, ratings, and job details.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>More, motivated applicants<\/strong>: job seekers can filter by various criteria like<br \/>\n    location or job title, meaning you&#8217;re more likely to get applicants who are looking exactly for<br \/>\n    that job.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>Increased chances of discovery and conversion<\/strong>: job seekers will have a new<br \/>\n    avenue to interact with your postings and click through to your site.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"get-your-job-listings-on-google\" tabindex=\"-1\">Get your job listings on Google<\/h2>\n<p>Implementation involves two steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n    Mark up your job listings with<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/job-posting-jobposting-structured-data-for-job-search\/\">Job Posting structured data<\/a>.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    Submit a sitemap (or an RSS or Atom feed) with a <code>&lt;lastmod&gt;<\/code> date for each<br \/>\n    listing.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<aside class=\"note\">\n  The following form does not accept new responses anymore, you should follow our<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/job-posting-jobposting-structured-data-for-job-search\/\">documentation for job listings<\/a><br \/>\n  regardless of how large your site is or how often your content changes.<br \/>\n<\/aside>\n<p>\n  If you have more than 100,000 job postings or more than 10,000 changes per day, you can<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/a\/google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdlj1CC6jX1wNV-jwfJ_0QNR5Cq6gpkIfjBo5e_Rx_VmYcGsg\/viewform\" class=\"external-link\">express interest<\/a><br \/>\n  to use the High Change Rate feature.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  If you already publish your job openings on another site like LinkedIn, Monster, DirectEmployers,<br \/>\n  CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, and Facebook, they are eligible to appear in the feature as well.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Job search is an enriched search experience.
