While this appearance is available in all regions and languages where Google Discover is<br \/>\n  available, it&#8217;s most likely to appear in the United States, India, and Brazil.\n<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"create\" tabindex=\"-1\">Create the Web Story<\/h2>\n<p>\n  Web Stories are web pages under the hood and must follow the same guidelines and best practices<br \/>\n  that apply to publishing regular web pages. There are two ways to get started:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pick one of several <a href=\"https:\/\/amp.dev\/documentation\/tools\/stories\/\" class=\"external-link\">Story editor tools<\/a> to start creating stories without any coding involved.<\/li>\n<li>If you have engineering resources, you can<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/amp.dev\/about\/stories\" class=\"external-link\">get started with AMP<\/a>. To ensure<br \/>\n    your Web Story renders appropriately, we suggest using<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/web\/tools\/chrome-devtools\/device-mode#device\" class=\"external-link\">Chrome Developer Tools<\/a><br \/>\n    to simulate different device sizes and formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n  To ensure a smooth process, review the <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/best-practices-for-creating-web-stories\/\">Best practices for creating Web Stories<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-wrapper-full-width\">\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"valid-amp\" tabindex=\"-1\">Make sure the Web Story is valid AMP<\/h2>\n<p>\n  After you&#8217;ve developed the story, make sure the Web Story is valid AMP. A<br \/>\n  valid AMP story adheres to various<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/amp.dev\/documentation\/guides-and-tutorials\/learn\/webstory_technical_details\/\" class=\"external-link\">AMP specifications<\/a>.<br \/>\n  This provides optimal performance and the best experience. You can use the<br \/>\n  following tools to check that your Web Story is valid AMP:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/search.google.com\/test\/amp\" class=\"external-link\">Web Stories Google Test<br \/>\n    Tool<\/a>: Check that the Web Story is valid.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/webmasters\/answer\/9012289\" class=\"external-link\">URL Inspection Tool<\/a>: Check<br \/>\n    that the Web Story is valid AMP and the Google indexing status of a URL.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/ampproject\/amp-toolbox\/tree\/main\/packages\/linter\" class=\"external-link\">AMP Linter<\/a>:<br \/>\n    Validate Web Stories during development using the command line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"metadata\" tabindex=\"-1\">Verify metadata <\/h2>\n<p>\n  To make your Web Stories eligible to appear on Google Search or Google<br \/>\n  Discover, supply the necessary metadata so your Web Story appears correctly<br \/>\n  in the preview.\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/amp.dev\/documentation\/components\/amp-story\/#metadata-guidelines\" class=\"external-link\">full list of metadata<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Verify that your Web Story preview appears correctly in the <a href=\"https:\/\/search.google.com\/test\/amp\" class=\"external-link\">Web Stories Google Test Tool<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n  Remember that the following fields are required on every Web Story: <code>publisher-logo-src<\/code>,<br \/>\n  <code>poster-portrait-src<\/code>, <code>title<\/code>, and <code>publisher<\/code>.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/kb-gorsel\/g-856ae4b6688d.png\" loading=\"lazy\"\n            alt=\"Remember that the following fields are required on every Web Story: publisher-logo-src, poster-portrait-src, title, and publisher.\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"indexed\" tabindex=\"-1\">Check if the Web Story is indexed <\/h2>\n<p>\n  Check to see if Google Search has indexed your Web Story. Use the<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/webmasters\/answer\/9012289\" class=\"external-link\">URL Inspection Tool<\/a><br \/>\n  to submit individual URLs or review status using<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/alienroad.com\/google-bilgi-bankasi\/recrawl-request\/\" class=\"external-link\">Page Indexing report<\/a><br \/>\n  \u0438\u043b\u0438<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/webmasters\/answer\/7440203\" class=\"external-link\">Sitemaps report<\/a>.<br \/>\n  If your Web Story isn&#8217;t indexed:\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To make it easier for Google to discover your Web Story, link to your Web Stories from<br \/>\n    your site or add your Web Story URL to your sitemap.<\/li>\n<li>All Web Stories must be canonical. Make sure that each Web Story has a<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/amp.dev\/documentation\/guides-and-tutorials\/optimize-and-measure\/discovery\/\" class=\"external-link\"><code>link rel=\"canonical\"<\/code><\/a><br \/>\n    to itself.
