What it detects
- Titles stuffed with keywords or exaggerated claims.
- Titles that do not match the page content.
- Download buttons that lead somewhere other than the advertised file, or bundle additional software.
Remediation
Rewrite titles to describe the page accurately, and make download destinations explicit. Version 4.0 extended the rules to download ecosystems specifically.

Title accuracy is the cheapest compliance work available and the most commonly neglected. We audit titles against page content as a standard step, because the fix is a text edit and the penalty is not.
