In 2022, I developed the Turkeyanadental.com website using WordPress. The site was designed as a multilingual platform focused on dental tourism, operating in three languages: English, Turkish, and French; this aligns with a common model used by dental clinics in TΓΌrkiye to attract international patients.
Multilingual Website Design
I structured the page and menu architecture around treatment types, price/quote fields, before-and-after studies, and communication/form flow. By creating separate language layers for English, Turkish, and French content, I aimed to provide users with quick access to treatment information and appointment channels in each language; in similar clinics, this type of multilingual structure can significantly increase the number of patients coming from Europe and North Africa. A trustworthy, internationally oriented, mobile-friendly, and speed-focused interface was preferred in the design; this approach is in line with the current digital practices of clinics competing in the dental tourism market.
Conclusion
Through this project, Turkeyanadental.com transformed from a monolingual, classic clinic website into a professional WordPress platform supporting patient communication in three languages (English, Turkish, and French), catering to a global patient base. The goal was to create a potential increase of approximately 40-60% in international patient referrals, similar to the experiences of multilingual dental clinics in TΓΌrkiye, and to establish a more reliable, globally positioned brand image for the clinic in the dental tourism market.
