- Submit new and meaningfully updated URLs, not the whole site repeatedly.
- Combine with sitemaps rather than treating it as a substitute.
- Expect days to weeks, not hours.
What it does not do
It does not guarantee indexing and it does not affect ranking. Submission is a notification, not a request.
