International Car Rental Project β SEO, SEM and Multilingual Structure (2021)
In 2021, I managed SEO, SEM, and website optimization for an international car rental project. The project was designed to target users in different markets through a single digital platform, offering support in Serbian, English, and Turkish.

First, I conducted separate keyword analyses for each of the three languages, developing a strategy tailored to search behavior in each market. Specifically for the car rental sector, I created content and page structures for combinations such as location + car rental, rent a car, and airport car hire. I supported the site structure with a multilingual URL architecture, title/meta descriptions, and technical SEO settings to establish a healthy, indexable structure for Google. Through these efforts, I optimized the site with the goal of achieving an average 80-100% growth in organic traffic and approximately a 70% improvement in visibility for targeted keywords.
Conclusion
As a result of this project, the car rental infrastructure, which offers Serbian, English, and Turkish language support, transformed from a structure confined to a single market into a multilingual platform capable of attracting users from different countries through organic and paid channels. With strategies implemented in both SEO and SEM, a potential increase of approximately 60-80% in international organic traffic and booking-focused conversions was created, and the brand was positioned in a more visible and competitive digital position in the global car rental market.
